We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Business and Operations Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead our business and operations functions. You will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational delivery of the business and operations functions including, Academy based finance and HR processes, catering, administration, premises, health and safety.

This is an exciting opportunity, and we are looking for an individual with strong operational management skills to play a leading role in our future success. The postholder will have a record of accomplishment of successfully leading, supporting, empowering and co-ordinating teams to deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness.

This is a full time, full year role, but for a suitably experienced candidate we would consider a candidate who is term time only plus 5 weeks.
