Job summary

Meet Life Sciences Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation programme, working across multiple initiatives with business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years' experience in Business Analysis or similar role.
• Proven skills in requirements gathering, elicitation and documentation.
• Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Proven ability to create BRDs, process documentation and requirements specs.
• Hands-on experience supporting system implementations and UAT.
• Strong understanding of process improvement and future-state design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, organisational and documentation skills.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/healthcare) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business and process workshops with key stakeholders and SMEs.
• Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain BRDs and related documentation.
• Support requirements prioritisation and backlog management.
• Work with stakeholders to define current-state and future-state processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Support UAT planning, coordination and issue tracking.
• Act as liaison between business, project teams and technical teams.
• Support stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities.
• Identify and document risks, dependencies and potential impacts.
• Provide regular updates and documentation to programme stakeholders.
