Job summary

L&Q is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Transformation and Change Team as we redesign CRM and digital experiences to deliver a simpler, more reliable customer journey.

You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Programme Leads and Technology teams to capture requirements, map processes and support end-to-end delivery from discovery through deployment, shaping better services for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis skills with formal qualification or demonstrable experience in a similar sized organisation.
• Robust problem solving and highly effective business analysis skills.
• Expertise in business improvement, continuous improvement and business process development.
• Understanding of Target Operating Model principles and ability to apply TOM.
• Experience of working in business transformation or change settings.
• Ability to draw on data and insight to inform options and develop business cases achieving value for money.
• Budgets, forecasting and understanding of financial performance implications.
• Ability to identify risks and mitigate collaboratively in design to outcomes.
• Good grasp of methodologies to map and analyse processes to align with operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Transformation Programme and deliver the target operating model for L&Q Group.
• Lead aspects of delivery within the Transformation Programme and develop viable solution options.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure outcomes align with programme objectives and strategy.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and influence decision makers.
• Support quality of solutions through identification of acceptance criteria and exploratory testing.
