BioTalent is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Operating Model Design practice, working with pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare organisations to design and implement operating models that drive growth and transformation.

You will collaborate with experienced consultants on high‑impact projects, developing a broad toolkit and taking on significant responsibility from day one in a hands‑on, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of life sciences consulting, healthcare consulting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to structure complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Desire to work in a hands‑on, entrepreneurial consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Design operating models for life sciences clients within the Operating Model Design practice.
• Contribute to organisational transformation and role/capability design.
• Support client workstreams and deliverables across projects.
• Engage with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
