Job summary

Rullion Managed Services seeks a hands-on Business Analyst for a 6-month contract, starting ASAP, to support an established loan management programme. The role requires delivering testing, validation, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring regulatory obligations are met and fully tested before deployment.

On-site in Doncaster with one day per week on location. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst in lending, experience with Loan Management Systems, customer data,

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Loan Management Systems.
• Experience with Customer Management platforms.
• Experience in consumer lending, retail banking or related lending domains.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and testing experience.
• Senior Business Analyst level with 5+ years experience.
• Knowledge of Customer Data Warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier solution validation and clarify requirements.
• Coordinate and support business testing activities.
• Ensure defects are managed through to resolution.
• Support deployment and business readiness activities; develop SOPs.
• Assist in the successful implementation of the Loan Management Platform.
• Provide test support including SIT, UAT, defect management, and traceability.

Business Analyst

Length of contract: 6 Month Contract

Inside IR35

Start: ASAP

Location: Doncaster based - 1 Day per week

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Ideal/ Essential

• A hands-on BA who combines strong loan servicing domain knowledge with excellent and stakeholder management capabilities and testing capabilities.
• BA will be comfortable joining an established programme midway through delivery, quickly understanding existing requirements and challenges, engaging confidently with the third-party supplier
• BA will help to ensure operational and regulatory obligations are delivered and fully tested before implementation.

Experience/ Requirement

• Experience implementing commercial Loan Management Systems.
• Customer Management platforms
• Experience within consumer lending, retail banking, vehicle finance or specialist lending.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of financial services regulatory requirements and challenges
• Strong Stakeholder management - Business Stakeholders
• Senior Business Analyst Level- More than 5 years experience
• Customer Data Warehouse experience
