Job summary

FINCROFT in London is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Regulatory Reporting project with a focus on data migration and mapping. You will map data across source and target systems, understand data structures and business requirements, and identify quality issues.

You will validate data, support cleansing and standardisation, and document mapping rules while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on data migration or data transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of data mapping and data structures.
• Experience with data quality, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

The Role

Our Financial Services client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst - Data Migration & Mapping to support a Regulatory Reporting project.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Building Society or Banking experience highly desirable.
