Job summary
NHS Professionals is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Enterprise Change team. You will lead analysis across technology and operational change projects, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into actionable requirements while working with stakeholders to achieve successful delivery.
The role is predominantly home-based with occasional travel to the office for meetings and workshops.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst delivering transformation across technology and operations.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and translating business needs into clear requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proficient in process mapping, gap analyses and impact assessments.
- Experience in testing support and business readiness for BAU handover.
- Active contributor to BA and Programme/Project Communities of Practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis across technology and operational change projects.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Develop process maps, gap analyses and impact assessments.
- Work closely with Project and Programme Managers to support successful delivery.
- Support testing, business readiness and the transition of projects into BAU.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and digitisation.
- Maintain clear documentation, governance and requirements traceability.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
