Jealott's Hill International Research Centre is situated in pleasant semi-rural surroundings between Bracknell and Maidenhead and is the place of work for approximately 800 Syngenta scientists and support staff. Jealott’s Hill is one of the main global research and development sites and key activities include research into discovery of new active ingredients, new formulation technologies, product safety, technical support of our product range, and seeds research.
In our continuing mission to enable digital science across Crop Protection Research and Development (CP R&D), we are looking for an enterprise-level business analyst to deliver a significant, high-value, and impactful transformation across the global Product Biology function. This role will help understand how our inventions and technologies deliver innovative products to our customers.
You will be curious, courageous to act, and will build a deep understanding of how processes and outcomes support the creation of new active ingredients, biologicals, and modalities of product innovation, including soil health and bio-stimulants. You will create a stakeholder engagement strategy to support a change roadmap, enable incremental delivery, and realize new opportunities from inception of field trials to key product decisions.
Collaborating with science and IT colleagues, you will support multi-million dollar investments into DevOps teams, focusing on creating field experiments, capturing data, developing FAIR data products, and leveraging AI and digital applications from R&D into commercial digital products.
You will identify organizational needs, translate them into initiatives and epics for delivery teams, and maintain delivery momentum.
