In our continuing mission to enable digital science across Crop Protection Research and Development (CP R&D), we are seeking an enterprise-level Business Analyst to lead a significant, high-value transformation within the global Product Biology function. This role aims to enhance our understanding of how innovations and technologies deliver innovative products to our customers.
The ideal candidate is curious, courageous, and capable of building a deep understanding of processes and outcomes in product biology, supporting the creation of new Active ingredients—from small chemical molecules to biologicals—and exploring new modalities like soil health and bio-stimulants. You will develop a transparent stakeholder engagement strategy, support the creation of a change roadmap, oversee incremental delivery, and identify new opportunities from inception of field trials to key product decisions.
Collaborating beyond R&D with colleagues in science and IT, you will support multi-million dollar investments into DevOps teams, focusing on creating field experiments, capturing data, developing FAIR data products, and leveraging AI and digital applications from R&D into commercial digital products.
You will need to understand organizational needs deeply and translate these into initiatives and epics for delivery teams, maintaining a steady delivery rhythm.
