SS&C is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Life & Pensions Change Portfolio. Based in Essex/London with a hybrid work model, you will lead end-to-end analysis on high‑impact initiatives, shaping product and service evolution while ensuring regulatory and client expectations are met.

You will mentor junior colleagues, run discovery workshops, document requirements and use cases, and facilitate stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable experience as a Senior Business Analyst, independently leading analysis workstreams within complex change, client delivery or transformation programmes.
• Strong practical knowledge of Life & Pensions policy administration and servicing, including product rules, policy lifecycle events, operational processes and customer impacts.
• Experience across these areas within L&P is beneficial; Term Insurance, WOL Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Income Protection Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Endowments, On Shore Investment Bonds, Off Shore Investments Bonds.
• Proficiency in BA methodologies across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across business, technical, and client-facing environments.
• Confident facilitator and communicator—able to lead workshops, document clear outputs, and influence decision-making.
• Self-starter with strong organisational skills, able to manage priorities in fast-paced, change-heavy environments.
• Passion for continuous improvement, quality outcomes, and business value.
• Comfortable adapting to evolving business needs and managing ambiguity.
