Fruition Group is seeking a Business Analyst for finance-focused platform redevelopment in Leeds. You will understand and modernise finance, billing and banking workflows, translating complex rules into precise engineering requirements.

The role blends accounting know-how with tech delivery, including early discovery workshops and active use of AI to boost output and accuracy. Ideal candidates will have FinTech exposure and experience guiding finance processes through a bespoke software build,

Qualificações

• Strong, hands-on knowledge of finance and billing processes.
• Experience in FinTech or technology-led finance environments is preferred.
• Practical exposure to Stripe and bank integrations is desired.
• Ability to shape and modernise finance processes, not just document them.
• Demonstrates AI usage to influence outputs and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery sessions with Finance, Credit Control and stakeholders.
• Understand and modernise finance, accounting and billing processes.
• Shape finance and billing workflows within a new bespoke platform.
• Translate complex processes into clear requirements for Engineering.
• Own the backlog and work with the Engineering squad.
• Analyze orders, billing, invoicing, disputes and data relationships.
• Identify gaps and risks, helping prioritisation and delivery.
• Challenge current processes to drive improvement.
• Use AI to improve productivity and quality in BA work.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide constructive challenge.
