Job summary

Nigel Wright Group is partnering with a growing organisation in Newcastle to hire a Business Analyst for a hybrid role. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and support delivery across technology, operations, customer experience and regulatory projects.

You'll gather and document requirements, map current and future processes, facilitate workshops, craft user stories and acceptance criteria, and help drive testing and UAT with the delivery teams.

I'm currently supporting a growing organisation looking to strengthen its Change function through the appointment of a Business Analyst.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative delivery team and support a broad range of change initiatives spanning technology, operations, customer experience and regulatory projects.

What you'll be doing?

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, analyse processes and support the successful delivery of change.

Key responsibilities include:

• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Workshop facilitation
• Stakeholder engagement
• Current-state and future-state process mapping
• User stories and acceptance criteria
• Supporting testing and UAT activities
• Acting as the bridge between business and technology teams
