Job summary

Herefordshire Council is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Adult Social Care Mosaic) to support the ASC Reporting Team in developing and maintaining Mosaic and related case management systems. This hybrid role focuses on delivering statutory services and improving data quality.

You will gather requirements, map processes, and work with managers, IT colleagues and system suppliers to ensure systems meet operational and regulatory needs, including training and testing.

Qualifications

Hours: 37 hours

Salary: HC08 £37,563 - £42,123 per annum

Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months (with a view to go permanent)

Location: Plough Lane / Hybrid Working

The Role

Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking to make a real difference in Adult Social Care?

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our ASC Reporting Team, at Herefordshire Council, supporting the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of Mosaic and associated case management systems. This is a business-critical role that directly supports the delivery of statutory Adult Social Care services.

Working closely with operational managers, practitioners, IT colleagues and system suppliers, you will gather and analyse business requirements, support system enhancements, improve processes and data quality, and ensure our systems meet operational, reporting and regulatory needs. You will also play a key role in supporting inspections, statutory reporting, user training and system testing.

What will you be doing?
  • Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
