Job summary

Netcompany is hiring a Business Analyst to collaborate with delivery teams, product owners, and architects to understand client needs and design effective IT solutions. You will refine scope, backlog priorities, and produce artefacts such as process flows and user stories while ensuring quality on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in similar roles, strong stakeholder skills, and experience in Agile delivery within Public Sector contexts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a BA or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience in working in Agile Delivery teams.
• Experience as a BA investigating, assimilating, and analyzing needs and documenting outcomes clearly.
• Experience in Public Sector or Central Government contexts.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with Product Owners to groom backlogs and produce Epics/Stories.
• Experience in process modelling and customer journey mapping with supporting tools.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Visio, Mural, and Miro.
• Knowledge of Government Digital Service (GDS) frameworks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand client and user needs and participate in designing solutions.
• Refine scope and requirements, align priorities and backlogs.
• Produce Process Flows, Customer journey maps, User Stories, and functional/non-functional/operational needs.
• Use a user-centric approach to test options with wider user groups.
• Support Show & Tells for stakeholders and prepare for assurance and quality gates.
