Job summary

Netcompany in the UK is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to work with delivery teams, Product Owners, Designers, and Architects to understand client and user needs and design solutions. You will refine scope, document requirements, create process flows and journey maps, write User Stories and Epics, and assess functional and non-functional needs.

You'll test with users and support assurance gates to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar BA role.
• Experience in Agile delivery teams with agile tools.
• Proven ability to investigate and document requirements in clear language.
• Experience in Public Sector or Central Government.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Experience with grooming product backlog and producing Epics/Stories.
• Experience with process modelling and customer journey mapping; familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Visio, Mural, Miro.
• Knowledge of GDS or DSSS frameworks desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the delivery team including Product Owners, Service Designers, Business Users and Architects.
• Refine scope, priorities, backlogs and produce artefacts such as Process Flows and Customer journey maps and define Functional/non-functional / operational needs.
• Take a User Centric approach and test options with wider user groups and participate in Show & Tells for stakeholders.
• Assist the team in preparing for assurance and quality gates, focusing on delivering quality on time and on budget.
