Job Description:

JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing company that has been established for over 20 years.

Reporting to the Head of Risk Transformation, the role involves identifying, analyzing, and documenting risk requirements that align with transformation objectives through solutions supported by the company's architecture and technology.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed user requirement specifications by analyzing existing business processes and reporting capabilities outlined in high-level Risk work packages.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility, ensuring they conform to business standards.
• Recommend solutions and technologies to meet transformation needs within project timelines for the Risk Group.
• Implement solutions for quick wins using standard templates to establish a scalable platform for strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to review and prioritize requirements as needed.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan business readiness for process changes and new platform implementations, including testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience in computer science.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to ETRM processes.
• Technical understanding of data solutions using Power BI, Python, Azure, and SQL.
• Experience with ETRM deal lifecycle and risk management processes.
