Job Description:

JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing international company that has been established for over 20 years.

Reporting to the Head of Risk Transformation, the role involves identifying, analyzing, and documenting risk requirements aligned with transformation objectives, supported by the company's broader architecture and technology.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed user requirements by analyzing existing business processes and reporting capabilities, as outlined in the high-level Risk work packages.
• Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, clarity, feasibility, and compliance with business standards.
• Recommend solutions and technologies to meet transformation needs within project timelines.
• Implement quick-win solutions using standard templates, laying a foundation for scalable strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to review and prioritize requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan business readiness for process changes and new platform implementations, including testing and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience in computer science.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role, with exposure to ETRM processes.
• Technical understanding of data-centric solutions using Power BI, Python, Azure, and SQL.
• Experience with ETRM, including deal lifecycle and risk management processes.
