Job Title: Business Analyst - Business Change Projects
Job Type: Permanent

Location: Walsall (Hybrid working, with UK based travel)

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful implementation of their SaaS solutions. You will play a key role in client engagement, requirement gathering, documentation, and supporting software delivery across business change projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery workshops, capture requirements, and manage change requests throughout the SDLC.
• BA, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
• To be the key link between clients and technical teams, translating business needs into clear user stories and functional specs.
• Act as client facing support to guide clients through solutions.
• Document features, and guide clients through new functionality.
• Ensure solutions meet customer needs and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience (utilities or software implementation background desirable).
• Skilled in Agile/Waterfall methodologies, requirement documentation, stakeholder engagement, and SDLC processes.
• Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in the UK on a regular basis.
• Full UK driving licence required.
