Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Dunstable, UK (Hybrid 3 days/week)
Contract: 3PT Contract for 3 months with possible extension

Mandatory Skills: Process Design and Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procure to Pay Process Skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Experience in Business Process Model (BPM) and tools.
2. Responsible for end-to-end, envisioning and designing the solution to address the business needs.
3. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
4. Manage scope, risks, and issues.
5. Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes, mock-ups, wireframes, user stories, etc. to deliver minimum viable product (MVP) and the final product.
6. Collaborate with the project team, business team, UX team, technical teams, and end-users in eliciting the business/non-functional/technical requirements in detail to add to the product backlog.

Must-Have

1. Exposure and enterprise experience in functional domain.
2. Excellent exposure to procure to pay and source to pay processes.
3. Understand current trends, tools, and technologies.
4. Good understanding of software development lifecycle.
5. Good understanding of UX/UI to define user stories to build applications using the latest web/mobile technology tools.
6. Understanding business needs/mapping it to the business processes.
7. Hands-on experience in agile project delivery.
8. Good in conceptualizing and visualizing end-to-end business needs both at a high level as well as detailed.
9. Good in articulating the business needs.
10. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Good communication, listening, and probing skills.
12. Strong interpersonal skills.
13. Hands-on experience in Atlassian Jira.

Good-to-Have

1. Sector Experience: Quick Service Restaurants.
2. Experience and able to describe the Baseline Business Architecture and Target Business Architecture.
3. Ability to understand terminologies in web and mobile technologies in Angular, JavaScript, AWS, .Net, HTML5/CSS, SAP, Salesforce, etc., and able to work along with the team to meet the business requirements.
4. Ability to test the applications built using web, mobile, and analytical tools.
