Job summary

Deltra Group is seeking a Business Analyst to help clients understand business needs and translate them into effective technology and process solutions. You will gather and document requirements, analyse current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and support delivery across workshops, documentation and testing.

Work with stakeholders, bridging business users and technical teams to ensure requirements remain clear, prioritised and aligned with business objectives throughout

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and process improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Structured, analytical and collaborative approach.
• Experience gained in the Wealth Management, Pensions or Retail Investments industry.
