Business Analyst

I'm working with an award-winning MedTech founded by doctors, pioneering digital Patient platforms. Currently live at over 200 UK NHS and private hospitals, including prestigious clients like Circle Health Group, Spire Healthcare, and HCA Healthcare UK, they are seeking a passionate Product Manager / Business Analyst to drive our innovative digital healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become the expert in the digital healthcare platform, managing product strategy and roadmap
• Prioritise and manage product backlog, creating detailed requirements and user stories
• Lead design of new features, including user journeys and UX improvements
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver impactful platform changes
• Conduct client requirement gathering and onboarding meetings
• Analyse client and patient feedback to identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Manage internal stakeholder communications and priorities

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in product management/business analysis within healthcare
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in creating user stories and process maps
• Demonstrated UX and copywriting capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong numeracy and data analysis experience
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
