Vocative Consulting Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to sit at the heart of business change. You will work with senior stakeholders to challenge thinking, design real solutions and ensure delivery value.

This is a genuinely strategic BA role focused on ownership and visibility within a growing BA function. You'll lead IT implementation, integration and configuration BA activities, produce clear specifications and guide cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• A strong track record delivering in fast-paced, high-performing change environments.
• Hands-on experience with system rollouts, integrations and business change projects.
• Confidence managing stakeholders at all levels, internal and external.
• A knack for clear, high-quality written deliverables (process flows, data requirements, UI specs).
• Comfort working autonomously in matrix project teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a business-outcome mindset, framing requirements around value, not just features.
• Strong analytical, organisational and change-control skills.
• A collaborative approach that brings people with you.

Responsibilities

• Leading BA activity across IT implementation, integration and configuration projects.
• Running in-depth process mapping and requirements gathering with stakeholders across the business.
• Turning complex needs into clear specifications, user stories and design documentation.
• Spotting design issues and downstream impacts before they become problems—Partnering with IT teams and third‑party providers to keep projects on track.
• Helping shape the BA function, its standards and ways of working.
• Coaching and quality‑checking work from junior team members.
• Engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, managing expectations and influencing outcomes.
