Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join a collaborative team in London. This hybrid role involves working across the full project lifecycle, shaping future business processes and technology solutions, and delivering tangible value through robust requirements analysis.

You will engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, write user stories in an Agile/Scrum setting, and collaborate with delivery, tech and testing teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects as a Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and writing user stories using Gherkin methodology.
• Ability to work independently and act as a self-starter.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar.
• A passion for continuous improvement and business change.
