Job Title: Business Analyst

Our client is keen to recruit a seasoned Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of proven experience working on projects with a comprehensive understanding of the full project life cycle.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent business analysis skills, coupled with effective techniques and methodologies.

Candidate should be confident in engaging with stakeholders, guiding, and leading them towards successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the structure of the business, focusing on integration between Marketing, Finance, and Education sectors.
2. Identify how the business utilizes technology and align it with their goals based on requirements.
3. Perform As-Is and To-Be process mapping.
4. Identify problems within the business using data modeling techniques and process flows.
5. Streamline business processes for efficiency.
6. Manage documentation effectively.
7. Communicate with senior management and stakeholders.
8. Align internal and external stakeholders on the benefits of new technologies or strategies.
9. Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure understanding and buy-in from all involved parties.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience with finance systems and integration, especially within the education sector.
• Background in marketing and admissions processes.
• Experience managing year-over-year data related to enrolled children and existing pupils.
• Knowledge of educational technology and Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs).

The role is based in Milton Keynes, with occasional travel required.

The rate will depend on the skills you bring to the assignment.
