As we scale, our internal processes must scale with us - and that's where you come in.

A Day In Your Life As Our Business Analyst

1. Get to the Root: Find the blockers, spot the inefficiencies, and fix the things that don't work.
2. Collaborate to Elevate: Work with people across the business to understand what they need, then help them get it—simple, clear, no fluff.
3. Map It, Make It Better: Use process mapping and DILO reviews to help us streamline how we work and level up operational efficiency.
4. Set the Standard: Make sure every change hits the mark—whether it's meeting ISO standards or just making everyone's life easier.
5. Report What Matters: Turn your insights into actions with clear documentation (BRDs, PRDs, and ARDs), reporting, and UAT support.
6. Key Deliverables: Drive business change, transforming how we operate and helping us improve ‘time-on-task' efficiency and ‘quality of task' by removing mapped and identified defects.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years experience in business analysis, mapping business processes, and system workflow design.
• Confidence in gathering requirements and translating them into understandable documentation for developers and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyse data, extract insights, and present findings using visualisation tools like Power BI.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and software architecture.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for problem solving, viewing challenges as opportunities.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into technical documentation.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, growing businesses (agility is key).
