Job summary

Erin Associates Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Business Analyst to work with customers and our development team to understand business needs, define requirements and help deliver bespoke software solutions. Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience working on software projects using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall.
• Experience working with customers or internal stakeholders to understand business needs, define scope and document requirements.
• A general understanding of application development, databases, integrations and system design.
• Awareness of cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build positive working relationships.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently, take initiative and see tasks through to completion.
• A genuine desire to continue learning and developing professionally.
