Job summary

Instinct Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a leading professional membership organisation in the East Midlands. The Business Analyst will collaborate with Project Managers, Product teams and other stakeholders to analyse challenges, map processes and translate findings into actionable plans.

You will support both new initiatives and ongoing programmes, creating blueprints and clear recommendations for senior leadership while navigating ambiguity and delivering value across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience working in-house as a BA.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and stakeholders.
• Strong process mapping and business analysis skills.
• Experience identifying project risks and recommending solutions.
• Ability to create project plans, blueprints and clear recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within a membership organisation.
• Experience working across enterprise-wide transformation projects.
• Exposure to systems or technology projects such as Microsoft Dynamics.
