Business Analyst – Shape Product Strategy at an Award-Winning SaaS Company

5 days on-site in a Manchester location | Up to £55,000 | Global SaaS Platform

We’re working with one of Manchester’s most established and respected SaaS companies — a tech brand whose product is trusted by SMEs across the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Known for their award-winning platform, consistent growth, and strong investment in culture, this is a business that leads from the front, and one we’ve proudly partnered with for years.

They’re now looking for a Business Analyst to help shape the next phase of their journey, working at the intersection of product, people, and customer experience.

The Role

As Business Analyst, you’ll act as the connective tissue between ideas and delivery. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, define business needs, and play a hands‑on role in how the product evolves.

You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams — turning insight into action and helping build solutions that make a real difference to users.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading workshops to gather and clarify business and functional requirements
  • Translating needs into clear, actionable documentation for technical and non-technical teams
  • Supporting product teams in defining ROI, goals, and success metrics
  • Collaborating closely with developers, designers, and key business stakeholders
  • Helping streamline processes, uncover insights, and influence product decisions
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience working in agile environments alongside cross‑functional teams
  • Strong analytical and data‑led thinking: comfortable digging into details and seeing the bigger picture
  • Confident communication across all levels: from developers to directors
  • Skilled in workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and process mapping
  • Clear, structured writing and documentation abilities
Why Join?

This is a company that truly supports its people. Alongside doing meaningful work, you’ll benefit from:

  • Enhanced holiday allowance + birthday leave
  • Hybrid working from a modern central Manchester office
  • A friendly, values‑led culture that genuinely invests in its teams
