Job summary

Found Talent is recruiting a Business Analyst for a Manchester-based brand undergoing a major digital transformation. You will be the go-to person for product knowledge, working with engineering, UX and operations to shape customer-facing web and mobile products.

You will turn complex business needs into clear, deliverable requirements, working both independently and with technical teams. The role emphasizes Agile practices and stakeholder engagement across levels, with a strong focus on process

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Business Analyst in a technology or digital setting.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering and UX teams.
• Experience delivering web, mobile or customer-facing projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working.
• Able to translate technical ideas into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships across IT and business to shape requirements.
• Gather, analyse and document requirements and turn them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Map current and future state processes for internal and customer views (As-Is/To-Be).
• Collaborate with UX on customer journeys and digital experiences.
• Participate in Agile delivery, including sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Evaluate system and operations performance and identify resilience improvements.

Found Talent are recruiting a Business Analyst for a growing Manchester-based brand in the middle of a major digital transformation. You'll be the go-to person for product knowledge, working with engineering, UX (User Experience) and operational teams to shape customer-facing web and mobile products.

The role suits someone who works well on their own, is comfortable with technical teams, and can turn complex business needs into clear, deliverable requirements.

What you'll be doing

• Building relationships across IT and the wider business to pin down and shape requirements
• Gathering, analysing and documenting requirements, and turning them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Mapping out how products, services and processes work today and how they should work in future (As-Is and To-Be), both internally and for customers
• Working with the UX team on customer journeys and digital experiences
• Getting involved in Agile delivery, including sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement
• Looking into how systems and operations are performing, and where they could be more resilient

What we're looking for

• A proven track record as a Business Analyst in a technology or digital setting
• Experience working with Product, Engineering and UX teams
• Time spent on web, mobile or customer-facing projects
• A good grasp of Agile ways of working
• Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
