What You’ll Be Doing day-to-day:

• Acting as the key link between internal teams and developers (both in-house and external)
• Translating business needs into clear, high-impact requirements
• Owning QA and UAT processes, including writing detailed test scripts
• Investigating, triaging, and resolving bugs effectively
• Managing workflows and tickets via Jira
• Collaborating with third-party platforms and partners
• Identifying opportunities to improve UX, performance, and commercial outcomes
• Streamlining internal processes and supporting project delivery/documentation
