Job summary

Vivo Talent Solutions is seeking a D365 Business Analyst for a Kingston-based hybrid, FTC role. You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate requirements into effective solutions across the full lifecycle of the project.

Responsibilities include turning needs into functional requirements, supporting design workshops, documenting decisions, coordinating UAT, and helping with data migration and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analyst experience on Dynamics 365.
• Strong process mapping, requirements validation and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect resolution and business sign-off.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach in a fast-moving implementation.

As the business analyst, you’ll work closely with the internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that the project has the right requirements in place and are translated into the right solutions for the business. This is an ideal role that is comfortable working through a full-lifecycle project and supporting the business throughout the whole timeline.
