Zachary Daniels are recruiting a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience for an on-site London role. You will bridge business and technology teams, translating operational requirements into practical system improvements and helping the business maximise D365 benefits.

The role involves facilitating workshops, mapping processes, writing clear requirements and supporting testing and user adoption within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on systems or business change projects.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Experience supporting testing and the adoption of new processes.
• Retail, fashion, consumer or supply chain experience would be advantageous.

Zachary Daniels are supporting an established retail business in recruiting a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.

This is an opportunity to work closely with business and technology teams, translating operational requirements into practical system improvements. You'll bring a structured approach to understanding processes, identifying opportunities for change and helping the business get more from D365.

The Role

As Business Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and solutions support the needs of the business.
