Job summary

Vivo Talent Solutions is seeking a D365 Business Analyst for a Kingston-based hybrid, FTC role. You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate requirements into effective solutions across the full lifecycle of the project.

Responsibilities include turning needs into functional requirements, supporting design workshops, documenting decisions, coordinating UAT, and helping with data migration and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analyst experience on Dynamics 365.
• Strong process mapping, requirements validation and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect resolution and business sign-off.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach in a fast-moving implementation.

Responsibilities

• Turn business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Identify gaps, risks and areas that need further clarification.
• Support solution design workshops, challenging proposed approaches where appropriate.
• Document processes, decisions, requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate and support UAT, including test scenarios, defect management and sign-off.
• Support data migration, business readiness, training and go-live activities.
• Keep stakeholders informed and make sure actions are followed through.
