Key Responsibilities

1. Gather & Document Requirements: Engage with stakeholders, lead workshops, and create detailed user stories, business cases, and project documentation.
2. Process & Data Analysis: Review end-to-end business processes, conduct gap analyses, and leverage data to drive strategic decision-making.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with customers, internal teams, and leadership to align on project objectives and priorities.
4. Technology & Innovation Support: Assist in designing, developing, and improving technology solutions while ensuring an exceptional user experience.
5. Project & Agile Delivery: Support multiple projects simultaneously, participate in Scrum activities, and provide effort estimates for sprint planning.
6. Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges, ensuring clear communication and structured resolution strategies.
7. Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, propose system developments, and conduct cost-benefit analyses to drive innovation.
8. Testing & Validation: Support application testing, documentation, and training to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of solutions.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

1. Analytical Mindset & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess business needs, identify solutions, and drive improvements with a proactive approach.
2. Agile Experience: Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban frameworks, including agile ceremonies like standups and retrospectives.
3. Adaptability & Willingness to Learn: Comfortable working on various projects, embracing new tools, and continuously developing skills.
4. Strong Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written English, with confidence in presenting ideas and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
5. Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of modern technologies such as .NET, C#, SQL, APIs, and experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Figma, or Power BI is a plus.
6. Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
