As we continue to evolve our data landscape, we're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help unlock the full potential of the Snowflake analytics environment.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of data and analytics solutions across the business. Leveraging your experience with Snowflake, you’ll work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define requirements, support solution design, and enable decision-making through insightful data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and data requirements.
• Translate business needs into analytical solutions using Snowflake and related BI tools.
• Work with data engineering teams to ensure accurate data modelling and pipeline development.
• Support the design and implementation of dashboards, reports, and data visualisations.
• Conduct data profiling, validation, and root cause analysis to ensure data quality.
• Help drive the adoption of Snowflake across business functions and promote data literacy.
• Assist with UAT, training, and post-deployment support of analytics solutions.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services sector.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake cloud data platform and SQL.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and analytics best practices.
• Familiarity with modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or cross-functional data teams.
