Overall Purpose of The Job

The role is part of the Strategy and Corporate Development team, supporting the V.Ships CEO, Head of Strategic Projects, and Group Chief Strategy Officer. Key tasks include supporting the CEO in business operations, analyzing data (financial, commercial, etc.), creating materials for high-level meetings (Board, client visits, leadership), updating reports, and supporting strategic/M&A projects.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

1. Support the V.Ships CEO in key actions to run and develop the business.
2. Assist the Strategy/Transformation team in project work.
3. Create slides for high-level meetings such as Board material, customer pitch decks, and leadership meetings.
4. Analyze commercial/sales data and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders.
5. Streamline key commercial reports with the Finance team.
6. Support on Strategic/M&A projects.
7. Assist senior leaders with ad hoc analysis and tasks.
8. Translate business needs into project approaches, defining and implementing initiatives that support strategy.
9. Be part of the central strategy team, working closely with the Executive Team.
10. Take on more ownership over time.
