About the role:

As a Fortune 5 healthcare company, we support global healthcare systems with a dynamic and diverse team of over 2,100 talented individuals. We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst responsible for creating and delivering high-quality system solutions for our applications, products, and services. You will consult with users and technology specialists to define business processes and support systems that are cost-effective and meet user requirements. This role may involve analyzing, serving as a business liaison, and supporting both system improvements and new development.

Travel:

At least 50% travel is required between Ireland and UK sites. International travel to the US may be required on an exceptional basis. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Applications training for customers
  • Configuration and training for Echo reporting, Haemo, Cath Reporting, and BCIS data entry
  • Workflow customization and design for hospital customers
  • Support sales efforts, including product demonstrations
  • Design and implement clinical reporting solutions
  • Support installation, servicing, and repair of clinical equipment
  • Instruct customers on operation and maintenance of systems
  • Serve as a liaison with customers on clinical and technical matters
  • Resolve technical problems and verify system functionality
  • Participate in user group meetings and forums
  • Maintain knowledge of Diagnostic Cardiology procedures
Qualifications:
  • Third level qualification in IT/Health Sciences
  • Proven clinical cardiology experience, ideally with NHS or HSE, especially in Haemo, Cath, and ECG
  • Experience in IT/Cardiology settings with training experience
  • Experience delivering change projects with clinical outcomes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and customer requirement analysis
