This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our innovative Discovery & Automation function at L&G. We are a highly motivated team delivering excellence in change transformation projects, large programmes, robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and re-engineering our business for better decisions, ideas, and outcomes.

You will help us deliver quality analysis, automation, and transformation services to our internal customers—Group Functions (HR, Brand, Tax, IT, Treasury Risk & Compliance) and Group Finance—while collaborating with global external partners and suppliers. This partnership involves a major 4 accounting & consulting firm, offering you the chance to work with both L&G business leaders and senior consulting resources to enhance your skills in transformational best practices.

Qualifications

1. Extensive understanding of Business Analysis techniques, including Enterprise Analysis, Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring, Requirements Analysis, Elicitation, Requirements Management & Communication, Solution Assessment & Validation.
2. Strong understanding of Business Process Modelling.
3. Experience working in a continuous improvement environment.
4. Ability to confidently lead and set activities/workload for other Business Analysts within a project.
5. BCS Business Analysis certifications, such as the BCS International Business Analysis Diploma, are desirable.
