  • Lead documentation of functional requirements for allocated change projects, including complex CRIMs aiming to be delivered in an agile approach.
  • Gathers insight to inform effective, realistic, and stretching estimations for timescales and works to achieve these.
  • Support education/upskilling of BAU teams in requirements articulation to enable them to define requirements for smaller/simpler changes.
  • Builds effective working relationships with business change leads; partnering, challenging and advising to redesign inefficient business processes either ad hoc or as part of a larger project.
  • Support maintenance of as-is business understanding, against which all future changes will be impact assessed
  • Support Set up and help establish Business Architecture Capability.
What you bring

  • Experience in large-scale organizational change projects.
  • Ability to align vision, objectives, and requirements to solutions.
