Location: London - home-based with customer travel

The role

• Discover and analyse business processes to identify opportunities for AI and automation
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
• Translate business challenges into practical AI, Copilot, and automation solutions
• Help design Agentic AI experiences that improve productivity and decision-making
• Work alongside Solution Architects, Developers, and Consultants to bring ideas to life
• Support user adoption and help clients realise measurable business benefits from their AI investments

What you need

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role
