Monroe International is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst for a hybrid role based in Manchester. The role offers a senior, hands-on position with ownership of requirements from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions are well-defined, tested and implemented.

You will lead workshops, produce detailed specs and manage backlogs, with strong influence on shaping the business analysis function as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or Technical Product Owner.
• Strong background in writing detailed business and functional requirements.
• Comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, REST APIs and systems integration would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and traceability documentation.

An IT Business Analyst is required by a Digital Consultancy for a hybrid role based in Manchester, paying up to £70,000 + benefits.

Are you an experienced Technical Business Analyst who enjoys turning complex, ambiguous business challenges into practical digital solutions? We're working with a growing digital technology consultancy that delivers software products and digital transformation programmes across infrastructure, construction, utilities, logistics and related sectors.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of requirements from discovery through to delivery, ensuring that solutions are clearly defined, tested and successfully implemented. You'll work closely with clients, project teams and software developers, helping shape products and services that deliver real operational value.
