Qubitra in London is seeking a hybrid Business Analyst to support the COO and leadership in planning, documenting, and executing key initiatives across our products.

You will translate business requirements into actionable plans, track progress, and present insights to leadership and clients, collaborating across product, engineering, and operations in a fast-paced startup environment. This role offers visibility on growth initiatives and hands-on involvement in cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, or product support, ideally in startups or fast-moving environments.
• Past experience in financial services, particularly financial markets, is highly desirable.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, data analysis).
• Experience supporting product development, roadmaps, or project planning.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
