3HORIZONS, a London-based strategy consultancy, seeks a Business Analyst to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team at the forefront of modern strategic execution. You will work with Consultants, Project Leaders and senior client stakeholders to analyse data, develop insights and support high-impact engagements.

You will gain early exposure to real client work, senior decision-makers, and cross-functional challenges, with accelerated responsibility compared to traditional firms.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative, analytical or business-related field. Master’s a plus but not required.
• Strong academic performance (2:1 or above or international equivalent).
• 0.5–2 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, finance or startup roles.

Responsabilités

• Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives and recommendations.
• Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, concise formats.
• Support workshops, working sessions and interviews with senior leaders.

The Role: Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Consultants, Project Leaders, and senior client stakeholders to help analyse data, develop insights and support the delivery of high-impact engagements.

Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving

• Conduct research, collect data, and build structured analyses that support client decision‑making
• Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives and recommendations

Client Interaction & Delivery

• Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, concise formats
• Support workshops, working sessions and interviews with senior leaders
• Contribute to thought leadership, internal problem‑solving and continuous improvement
• Support the growth of the Strategy in Action ecosystem, including product feedback and experimentation with AI‑driven tools

Ways of Working

• Work in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment with direct access to senior leaders
• Travel occasionally across Europe and beyond based on project requirements

Learning & Development
All Analysts join our3H Learning Curve Programme, which includes:

Qualifications

Education:

• A degree in a quantitative, analytical or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Management, Engineering, STEM). AMaster’s is a plus but not required- strong Bachelor’s candidates with relevant work experience are equally encouraged to apply.
• A track record ofstrong academic performance(typically 2:1 or above, or international equivalent).

Experience:

• 0.5–2 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, finance, start‑up roles)

Skills:

• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Strong proficiency inExcelandPowerPoint(other analytical tools are a plus)

Additional Information

Contract Type:Full‑time, permanent

Location:London, UK (with hybrid working flexibility)

Compensation:Competitive base salary (£42,000 - £48,500) + performance‑based annual bonus (up to 15%)
