To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have experience with:

• Working with external stakeholders to articulate problem statements, gather requirements, and map AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Risk and control identification, management, and change management delivery mindset.
• End-to-end project lifecycle knowledge and experience.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA is highly valued.

Purpose of the role

To support the organization in achieving strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions that address problems and opportunities.

Accountabilities

• Identify and analyze business problems and requirements requiring change.
• Develop business requirements to address these problems and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs.
• Support the creation of business cases for proposed solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
• Report on project progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Create operational and process designs for proposed solutions.
• Support change management activities, including developing traceability matrices.
