About

Business Analyst

Birmingham - Hybrid - 2-3 Days on-site a week

£45,000 - £50,000

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join a well-established Software provider in Birmingham.

What you will do:

1. Define and agree the Process Framework / Taxonomy for your process area.
2. Review the current state, gather requirements, and generate solutions to address gaps.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to produce ‘to-be’ design deliverables including user stories, clarifying business requirements and functional design.
4. Facilitate stakeholder review of deliverables, swiftly addressing concerns and resolving issues.
5. Contribute to release planning sessions to support development of the product roadmap.
6. Work closely with the Transformation Process Lead and Business Owners to regularly review initiative backlog by adding, prioritising, and/or removing.

What You Will Have:

1. 5 - 7 years deep understanding of integrated processes with functional areas, ideally in a consulting environment.
2. Proven business transformation experience within large-scale programmes.
3. Experience of order to cash process improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and providing innovative solutions.
4. Experience of working with technical teams on build and testing.
5. Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation), including the ability to listen effectively.

Desirable Skills:

1. Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite.
2. Proven finance implementation experience (e.g., order to cash, purchase to pay, record to report), within complex large-scale programs.
