We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join a well-established Software provider in Birmingham.
What you will do:
- Define and agree the Process Framework / Taxonomy for your process area.
- Review the current state, gather requirements, and generate solutions to address gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to produce ‘to-be’ design deliverables including user stories, clarifying business requirements and functional design.
- Facilitate stakeholder review of deliverables, swiftly addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Contribute to release planning sessions to support development of the product roadmap.
- Work closely with the Transformation Process Lead and Business Owners to regularly review initiative backlog by adding, prioritising, and/or removing.
What You Will Have:
- 5 - 7 years deep understanding of integrated processes with functional areas, ideally in a consulting environment.
- Proven business transformation experience within large-scale programmes.
- Experience of order to cash process improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and providing innovative solutions.
- Experience of working with technical teams on build and testing.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation), including the ability to listen effectively.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Proven finance implementation experience (e.g., order to cash, purchase to pay, record to report), within complex large-scale programs.
