We’re seeking an ambitious, organised Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice to join our frontline team. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience managing business systems and supporting community projects.

By working directly with local communities, landlords, and partners, we house and support over 150 people every year. As our Business Administration Apprentice, you won't just be learning the ropes of a professional office—you will be the operational backbone of a team that changes lives every single day.
You will provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and wider team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of Rentstart's homelessness services by:
Interest in the charity sector or homelessness issues.
Experience of volunteering, part‑time work or administrative tasks.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
Training will be provided.
