Business Administration Degree Apprentice

smart/tasking isexcited to continue its collaboration with Henley Business School for their 2025/26 Degree Apprenticeship scheme that will offer a fully funded BA(Hons) Degree in Business Management while you work as a Business Administrator with us.

For our 2025/26 cohort, we are looking for a Degree Apprentice to onboard in August, starting their degree in September 2025.

As a business focused on providing the highest quality expertise and services in Projects, Programmes, Change andTransformation across a multitude of industries including Central Government, Telecoms, Finance, Insurance and more, we are proud to help our clients achieve more through optimisation.

As a Business Administrator , you’ll:

• Support teams across Resourcing, Compliance, Finance and Delivery

• Use internal and market-leading systems to improve how we work

• Help department heads identify needs and deliver solutions

• Work confidently with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Track and manage key processes that keep the business running

Requirements:

• Proactive, reliable, good attention to detail – an excellent communicator
