Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while developing essential skills in business administration. The successful candidate will support various administrative functions, contributing to the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support, including filing, typing, and organising documents
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, addressing enquiries and directing calls as necessary
  • Support the team in administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Maintain and update digital records
  • Help track and count inventory, such as PPE, office supplies, and care equipment
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are upheld at all times
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new care staff

Experience

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or similar environment is beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
