Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe Limited is offering a full-time apprenticeship in Platform Certification & Operations at our Liverpool site. You will split time between our on-site work and study at The City of Liverpool College, four days on site and one day at college.

You will develop workplace behaviours, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and gain skills in IT, documentation, and project management.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Technical and curious attitude with ability to learn new devices and platforms.
• Proficiency with PC/Laptop usage and MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required checks and report any problems found in firmware/game titles.
• Ensure all bugs are identified and thoroughly investigated and documented.
• Follow and complete all test cases and procedures provided.
• Test submissions for compliance with Technical Requirements Checklist across platforms including PSVR.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage incoming support tickets.
