WMCA seeks a Customer Experience Specialist for Dudley Interchange, delivering high-quality service at busy bus stations. The role involves helping customers with tickets, journey planning and digital solutions, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment on-site.

The post is part-time (25.5 hours across 3 days) with no hybrid option, requiring flexibility to work at different West Midlands locations and occasional after-hours work as needed.

Formación

• Experience delivering service in busy customer environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills under pressure.
• Comfortable using tablet devices and electronic ticketing terminals.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer experience with ticketing, travel and journey planning advice.
• Actively resolve enquiries and complaints, escalate when needed.
• Support Bus Station Manager by highlighting impact of operational decisions on customers.
